How are you ?

Today I am here to show you what my mom has made the other evening for dinner.

Baked fish with potatoes and tomatoes.

It’s a “mixture” all invented by her, because she has first passed the potatoes and tomatoes in bread crumbs with oil and lemon and then used the mixture with spices that we have prepared this summer: If you missed it I’ll leave it here SPICES AND FOOD!!

And the result was really good, super good!

Of course, it was all accompanied by tons of salad because I love it in all its variety: do you like it ?

Come state ?

Oggi sono qui per mostrarvi cosa ha preparato di buono l’altra sera la mia mamma.

Pesce al forno con patate e pomodori.

E’ un “intruglio” tutto inventato da lei, perché ha prima passato le patate e i pomodori nel pan grattato con olio e limone e poi ha usato il composto con le spezie che abbiamo preparato quest’estate: se ve lo siete persi ve lo lascio qui SPICES AND FOOD!!

Ed il risultato è stato davvero ottimo, super promossa!

Ovviamente il tutto accompagnato da quintali di insalata perché io ne vado pazzo e mi piace in tutte le sue varietà: a voi piace ?
